“A missense mutation in the NSF gene causes abnormal Golgi morphology in Arabidopsis thaliana“
This paper describes isolation of an Arabidopsis mutant showing abnormal Golgi morphology and demonstrates that it is due to a missense mutation in the membrane fusion factor NSF.
